This course allows you to enjoy a variety of Kyushu's delicious specialties all at once, including fresh squid, shrimp from Ariake, and Hakata's famous motsunabe (offal hot pot).We have prepared a luxurious selection of mountain and sea delicacies, including grilled chicken with green onions, homemade satsuma-age (fried fish cake), and freshly fried horse mackerel from Matsuura.To finish off your meal, enjoy tempura and champon noodles made with the rich, concentrated flavor of the motsunabe broth.
